General Manager of Adabas & Natural Business Unit 

Arno Theiss is the General Manager of the Adabas & Natural Business Unit (since January 2019) and member of the Management Team at Software AG.

Prior to this role, he served as the COO Global Consulting Services (GCS). Arno joined Software AG in May 2006 as VP of Professional Service Operations and quickly progressed to General Manager of SAG Consulting Services GmbH in January 2007, Senior Vice President for PS Region West to Head of GCS Global Delivery in 2012.

Arno began his career at Bull, where he worked as Program Director for the Telecommunications department. As Resource Manager for the DACH region at Integris (an IT service unit of Bull-Group), he successfully built the “eSolutions” division. Finally, as managing director at Steria GmbH and Board Member for Steria Mummert Consulting, Arno grew the outsourcing business and focused on the telecommunication and transport industry. He holds a degree in Business Administration.
