Chief Human Resources Offficer

Toktam Khatibzadeh joined Software AG as Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2023, leading HR, Facilities, and Communications. She’s known for driving commercial success and partnering with global leaders on people strategies.

Prior to Software AG, she led HR for the EMEA region at Splunk, and transformed HR at Finastra as VP. Toktam’s career also includes HR leadership roles at Experian, Eversheds, Temenos, and Barclays.

With a Master’s from the University of Leeds, she’s a recognized expert in change and transformation, and continues to drive HR innovation at Software AG.
