Deployment
- Establish ARIS Cloud Enterprise environment
A new customer environment and tenant are set up and accessible for designated customer contact(s). - Back-end integration
The new customer environment receives a health check and demo data is imported. - Migration to ARIS Cloud Enterprise
If you worked with ARIS in the past, whether using your own on-premises environment or ARIS Cloud, Software AG will support you in migrating existing ARIS tenant data to the new ARIS Cloud Enterprise environment. In the event the migration will be more challenging than a typical case, Software AG will offer its professional services to conduct an initial assessment and set up the migration plan, and the migration will be provided as standard consulting support.
Administration
- Backup tenant
ARIS tenant backups are created on daily basis to support disaster recovery.
- License import
ARIS Cloud Operations makes new and updated ARIS licenses available and informs customers accordingly.
Support
- ARIS Cloud Enterprise support
ARIS Cloud Enterprise customers are offered Global Support ARIS, which can be accessed 24/7 on the Empower portal. Reporting incidents through this portal, or by phone, ensures a quick and efficient support process. The Support team also offers an escalation manager to provide regular updates and faster resolution for incidents which need higher attention or are time-sensitive. - SLA reporting
Self-service availability reporting functionality is available for each customer’s environments. ARIS Cloud Enterprise SLA guarantees 99.7 percent availability.
Maintenance
- Upgrade ARIS Cloud Enterprise
ARIS Cloud Enterprise will suggest upgrades on a regular basis following our service release cycles. - Patching
The customer’s ARIS Cloud Enterprise environment can be patched on regular basis upon request.
Security
- 24/7 security monitoring
ARIS Cloud Enterprise is protected by virus-scanning, vulnerability and intrusion prevention using state-of-the-art tools. All environments are professionally monitored. In case of a security incident of Level 1 severity, which indicates customer data is exposed or compromised, Software AG will alert the customer within four hours of discovery. - Certification
ARIS Cloud Enterprise follows standard processes which are audited by independent third-party companies on a regular basis. It is certified according to System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II Standard and ISO 27001 regulations. - Disaster recovery
In case of disaster, Software AG will follow its BC/DR guidelines in order to recover the affected environment(s) according to the contractual RTO/RPO. - Encryption
ARIS Cloud Enterprise data is encrypted, both at rest and in transit. - Security Patching
Infrastructure-related security patches are rolled out on regular basis. - Security tools
The ARIS Cloud environment is secured and monitored by the Cloud Security and Cloud Operations teams. Security and monitoring measures are in accordance with our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.
