Streamlined document access in factsheet tables
Configure documents in the ARIS portal to open or download the document directly. Lists of documents in factsheet tables can be displayed with or without a direct download button for even faster access to the document.
You can also allow the addition of more factsheet components such as the HTML documentation, which adds richer descriptions to the consumer of the content overviews.
Flexible creation and customization of portal views
With this new capability you can copy and rename the content overview aka overview factsheet of the ARIS portal and thereby get full flexibility to not only create the language that speaks to end users but also configure the view to deliver the content they really need. It also allows you to create any new factsheet that is needed to communicate with end users, even if it only shows a single dashboard for instance. Of course, it is also possible to change the name(s) of the active tabs that shows up so that you speak the language of the end user.

New search filter options for end users
New options allow for reduced search filters shown to content consumers in the ARIS portal. End users thereby only see a limited number of filter options.
Located within the content type configuration, the UI can be used by administrators to either activate or deactivate content types and properties from being indexed and searched. It is even possible to boost up to five content types found in the portal search.

ARIS Process Mining
Multiple models for Process Mining
With ARIS Process Mining, users can now leverage multiple and integrated models, such as those incorporating sub-processes, within a single data set. Furthermore, this capability allows users to distinguish between a model utilized for conformance checking and a model overlay, facilitating a more nuanced analysis of process adherence and deviations.

Ad-hoc event log definitions and dynamic switching down to app level
The concept of an event log has now evolved to offer ad-hoc definition capabilities, eliminating the need for recalculations and allowing for dynamic selection at the app analysis level. This significant advancement empowers analysts to customize their event logs on the fly, without the constraints of predefined parameters.
Furthermore, the default event log definition can now be tailored on a per-app and per-data set basis, providing even greater flexibility and control over data visualization and analysis. For example, analysts can now create an app for the activity dimension and another for the organizational flow of a case.

The ARIS AI Companion generates calculated fields based on natural language instructions
The ARIS AI Companion now offers a groundbreaking feature that assists users in generating code for the creation of calculated fields. By simply providing a description or articulating a business question, users can seamlessly transform their input into code that defines a calculated field, eliminating the manual coding process and enhancing efficiency.
By leveraging cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLM) and tapping into the underlying analysis models, including existing calculated fields, the AI Companion can define key performance indicators (KPIs) that are essential for measuring performance and guiding strategic decisions. Through this innovative functionality, users can leverage the AI Companion’s advanced capabilities to streamline the creation of calculated fields, enabling them to focus on deriving insights and making informed decisions rather than getting bogged down in coding tasks. This user-friendly approach simplifies the technical aspects of data analysis, making it accessible to a broader range of users and accelerating the process of field creation.
This is an experimental feature that is still under development. The feature might change significantly, be removed at any time, or require an additional license to work in future versions. As an early adopter, you can preview this feature, which might be useful to you in the future. We appreciate your feedback and help with experimental features.
Redesigned user experience
Redesigned user interface focusing on enhancing navigation and efficiency. One of the key updates includes the positioning of the navigation bar to the left-hand side for direct and convenient access to essential functions.

Support of work time calendars
This feature offers users the flexibility to define working times in three distinct ways:
- Weekday Schedule - Users can specify which weekdays to consider and set working hours for each day.
- Working Day Schedule - Users can define working days throughout the year, specified by month.
- Factory Calendar - The most granular option for defining working times, allowing customization from specific days to daily timeframes.
With this functionality, users can now set specific working days (e.g., Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday in certain regions), account for public holidays across different countries, and even specify working hours in various time zones or shifts in a factory setting.
These defined calendars enable precise KPI calculations against actual business working hours, enhancing the accuracy of performance evaluations.

Meta Information for process mining assets
Process mining is a team activity involving multiple stakeholders, so effective communication is essential.
Providing comprehensive information about each asset, such as a project’s objectives, dataset contents, or the formula behind a calculated column, as well as identifying the individuals responsible for each asset, fosters clear and efficient communication within the tool.
Calculate duration between given date and “now”
Previously, calculating the duration between a specific time entry and the current time required manual intervention. However, with the introduction of the new “now” operator, this is eased.
By utilizing the “now” operator, users can effortlessly determine the duration between any time entry and the present moment. This functionality can be particularly useful for calculating due dates or tracking the elapsed time for a specific case, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
