More details
-
How it works
- Your dedicated BPM Business consultant conducts an Initial Kick-Off followed by an onboarding for ARIS Enterprise.
- In the Modeling Convention Workshops, best practice modeling conventions are presented, and individual adjustments are defined.
- With the defined modeling conventions, the BPM Business consultant will document the customer-specific meta-model in ARIS and create the modeling filter and initial set-up of the modeling database.
- In the Governance Workshops, the BPM Business consultant will explain best practices and define responsibilities and privileges for the standard roles (administrator, designer, viewer).
- The defined user groups are implemented and the initial privilege assignments for the modeling database are completed.
- Initial data load for library objects (i.e. IT Systems) is executed.
- During the Release Cycle Management Workshops, a best practice advanced release cycle management workflow including basic semantic checks to ensure process model quality is explained, and operational use cases discussed.
- The Technical Configuration Consultant configures and deploys the customer-specific process approval workflow.
- Process portal is then discussed during the Process Portal Workshop to include best practice design. Self-service configuration options are explained so the customer can make the necessary adjustments.
- Finally, in a knowledge transition session all configurations are explained to the customer.
- After the knowledge transition session, a budget of up to 16 hours within six weeks for additional advisory support can be flexibly used in consultation with the BPM Business Consultant.
