How it works
- A Software AG Senior PM will contact the customer to ask for specific documentation and request corresponding interviews with key stakeholder and project team: Sponsor, Business Owners, TechLead, PM/PMO, Team members, PM of other related projects.
- A Software AG Senior PM will host a kickoff meeting with Project Sponsor, PM, and key stakeholders, to explain the review process and expected results.
- The Software AG Senior PM will conduct a meeting with the PM/PMO to review the documents (i.e., project control documentation, scope review, etc.) relevant to the Project Management functions.
- The Software AG Senior PM will conduct stakeholder and team interviews.
- The Software AG Senior PM will examine project management controls in the areas included in this document Scope section.
- With the results of the interviews, we will examine the findings and compile a report with observations and recommendations.
- A session with Project Sponsor, PM/PMO and stakeholders where the report will be explained.
- Once the report is shared, the service will be considered completed.
