How it works
- Software AG will provide an environmental questionnaire prior to the engagement to size the services.
- The Software AG upgrade expert will use a tool to analyze and report on all Integration Server assets in the current environment. Customer receives a detailed report on possible code changes.
- Key participants are led through a series of workshops to review existing architecture, products, deployment model(s), development approach/methodology, environment(s), testing, maintenance, and customer documentation.
- A series of follow up interviews are conducted with customer architects, designers, developers, and operations support personnel to gather feedback.
- An Upgrade Assessment Report is reviewed with stakeholders.
