- Additional advisory support for questions or requirements is given within four weeks after the knowledge transition session. With this solid foundation you will have the tools and knowledge to populate your process repository.

How it works
- Your dedicated BPM Business consultant conducts an Initial Kick-Off followed by a Fast Track orientation session for Activate ARIS Enterprise for BPM.
- In the Modeling Convention Workshops, best practice modeling conventions are presented, and individual adjustments are defined.
- With the defined modeling conventions, the BPM Business consultant will document the customer-specific meta-model in ARIS and create the modeling filter and initial set-up of the modeling database.
- In the Governance Workshop, the BPM Business consultant will explain best practices and define responsibilities and privileges for the standard roles (administrator, designer, viewer).
- The defined user groups are implemented and the initial privilege assignments for the modeling database are completed.
- During the Release Cycle Management Workshop, standard release cycle management workflows are explained, and operational use cases discussed.
- Process portal is then discussed during the Process Portal Workshop to include best practice design. Self-service configuration options are explained so the customer can make the necessary adjustments.
- Finally, in a knowledge transition session all configurations are explained to the customer.
- After the knowledge transition session, a budget of up to 8 hours within 4 weeks for additional advisory support can be flexibly used in consultation with the BPM Business Consultant.
